She began her career in the United Kingdom Civil Service, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of complex regulatory environments and industry demands.
Her extensive career has equipped her with a profound understanding of talent management and performance optimization, making her a leader in implementing impactful HR initiatives.
Throughout her career, Atonye has held pivotal roles, including General Manager Corporate Services, General Manager Administration, Corporate Affairs Manager, Administrator Training Academy, HR Manager, Head Learning & Development, Head Employee Relations, and Head Talent Resourcing & Outsourcing. Her multifaceted experience spans both the UK and Nigeria, allowing her to adeptly navigate complex regulatory environments and contractor management. This breadth of expertise enables her to deliver customized outsourcing solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of different sectors.
